Abstract

In the article investigated influence globalization to the market labor as a key factor development world economy. Revealed theoretical basics, essence globalization of the labor market and its role in international economic development. Analyzed trends labor migration, in particular mobility workforce, remote work, flexible forms employment and in-depth integration national markets global labor economic space. Defined factors migration and basic international flows, analyzed positive effects (economic growth, efficient distribution resources, innovation) and risks (“leakage brains”, inequality income, social voltage). The role of the state is emphasized politics, digitalization and development human capital for the formation sustainable and inclusive global labor market, as well as the need for a comprehensive approach to governance labor resources.
