Генезис джерел міжнародного фінансового права

Abstract

У тезах висвітлено, що в сучасних умовах глобалізації світової фінансової системи основними джерелами правового регулювання сучасних міжнародних фінансових відносин виступають міжнародні договори та акти міжнародних фінансових організацій. Наголошується, що генезис джерел міжнародного фінансового права ілюструє поступове переливання норм, що регулюють міжнародні фінансові відносини, із форми міжнародно-правового звичаю у форму міжнародного договору.

In the theses it is highlighted that in the current conditions of globalization of the world financial system, the main sources of legal regulation of modern international financial relations are international treaties and acts of international financial organizations. It is noted that the genesis of sources of international financial law illustrates the gradual transposition of the norms governing international financial relations, from the form of international legal custom into the form of an international treaty.
