Humanitarian technologies as a means of the art of waging information warfare: sociological aspect

Abstract

This article presents a theoretical analysis and generalization of the views of various scientists on the understanding of the essence, significance, varieties, and effectiveness of the use of humanitarian technologies in information activities in general, and primarily in the conduct of modern information wars. It has been proved that the diverse use of various information means and technologies in itself, given its significance, is not enough to implement a full-fledged effect on the formation of mass consciousness and the effective functioning of public opinion in the process of such wars.
