This article reveals adaptation strategies in the international business environment in the context of globalisation and regulatory dynamics. The study examines modern concepts of the relationship between globalisation, economic development and environmental sustainability. The functionality of financial innovations in promoting sustainable development is studied. Particular attention is paid to companies' adaptation strategies to new challenges that successfully transform into opportunities. The potential for comprehensive integration of innovative financial instruments and political strategies in the context of globalisation that promote sustainable development is substantiated. The necessity of international cooperation to harmonise the balance between economic progress and responsibility for pollution is highlighted. The author examines legislative initiatives and corporate social responsibility programmes in pollution. It is proved that the effectiveness of a particular strategy is determined by the political and economic context, the level of innovation and technological development, and public awareness of regulatory strategies and globalisation. The methodology includes analysis of academic literature, statistical data, and practical cases of digital adoption. The results indicate that tools such as online booking platforms, mobile applications, social media, and personalization systems enhance productivity and customer experience, expand service offerings, and strengthen customer loyalty. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including information overload, skills shortages, rising costs, intensified competition, and cybersecurity risks.
