А. Краткий осмотр (реферат): У статті досліджено особливості трансформації інформаційного суспільства України в умовах європейської інтеграції крізь призму політологічного аналізу. Визначено сутнісні характеристики європейського інформаційного простору, його основні принципи функціонування та роль у формуванні сучасних моделей державного управління. Проаналізовано основні етапи українського шляху до інформаційного суспільства: розвиток цифрової держави, впровадження електронного урядування, забезпечення інформаційної безпеки та формування цифрових компетентностей населення. Особливу увагу приділено впливу європейських програм і стратегій на модернізацію української інформаційної політики, а також значенню принципів транспарентності, підзвітності та відкритості влади. Обґрунтовано, що розвиток інформаційного суспільства є не лише технологічним, а й глибоко політичним процесом, який визначає демократичну стійкість держави, рівень довіри громадян до інститутів влади та ефективність інтеграції України до Європейського Союзу. Краткий осмотр (реферат): The relevance of the study is driven by the urgent need to explore the transformative role of civil society and universities and higher education institutions in educational and environmental policy-making within the framework of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). The article traces the historical evolution of environmental law from early societies to modern times, highlighting landmark milestones such as the US National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and the Stockholm Declaration of 1972. Particular attention is paid to mechanisms of civil society and universities influence (advocacy, lobbying, and public mobilization) and the growing contribution of universities through curriculum development, interdisciplinary approaches, experiential learning, student-led sustainability projects, and university-city partnerships. Краткий осмотр (реферат): A comprehensive analysis of the relationship between centralized, market-based, and self-organizing management mechanisms in the context of contemporary environmental challenges has been conducted. The relevance of this study is due to the deepening global environmental crisis, which highlights the limitations of traditional models of public governance based on hierarchical coordination and the logic of economic growth. The study substantiates that the formal functioning of democratic institutions does not ensure an adequate level of citizen participation in making significant decisions of environmental management, which undermines the effectiveness of sustainable development policy. Based on an analysis of the principles of self-organization inherent in natural systems, this study demonstrates the potential of decentralized forms of social interaction to enhance the adaptability and resilience of socio-ecological systems.
