The classification of risks inherent in educational and scientific activities is determined, in particular pedagogical, managerial, technological, financial, socio-psychological and military. Modern enterprise-wide risk management (EWRM) approaches and risk management tools (SWOT, PEST analysis, scenario planning, Agile, crisis management) are analyzed. The emphasis is on the lessons of the COVID-19 pandemic and the experience of operating educational institutions in war conditions (using the example of Ukraine). A risk management model is proposed that integrates digital tools, human capital support mechanisms, scenario planning and a multi-level organizational management structure.
